Therapy is both a financial and emotional commitment. My goal is to be transparent about cost so you can make clear, confident decisions about your care. Below is everything you need to know about fees, insurance, and what your investment includes.
Monday - Thursday: 10am-7pm CT (11am - 8pm ET)
Friday: 8am-10am CT (9am-11am ET)
Your investment covers more than the time we spend together. It includes ongoing treatment planning, clinical research to guide our sessions, and careful intervention, activity, and skills preparation to meet your needs.
$130 per 50-minute session
Longer sessions are available when necessary, please let me know if this is something you are interested in.
I accept:
Credit/debit cards
HSA/FSA cards
Payment is charged at the time of the session.
Sessions are typically 50-58 minutes accounting for the sensitive nature of conversations and a gentle closure to the session.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and stability.
As we progress, many clients find it beneficial to transition to bi-weekly sessions.
Monthly and longer-term check-in sessions are perfect for those who feel confident with infrequent session but hope to maintain progress with therapy support.
I empower clients to determine the pace of therapy that works for them. This rhythm helps you develop insight, practice new skills, see steady progress, and develop confidence outside the therapy session.
Your session time is reserved specifically for you.
a 36-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations, late reschedules, or missed sessions are charged.
There is a $65 late cancel/no-show fee for the first incident. Thereafter, late cancels/no-shows are charged at the full session rate.
I understand life happens — if there is a true emergency, please let me know. If you can't make a session, an advance notice helps me to open a time slot for other clients who may be in need.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurances. However:
I can provide a monthly superbill upon request
Many clients receive partial reimbursement (often 50-80%) depending on their out-of-network benefits
If you plan to use insurance reimbursement, I recommend asking your insurer:
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
Do I need to meet a deductible first?
How do I submit superbills?
Insurance companies often place limits around required diagnoses and session time limits. Staying out-of-network allows us to focus fully on your goals — not the ones deemed 'medically necessary' by insurance companies.
I can use Thrizer to verify your out-of-network benefits and submit superbills on your behalf. This saves you the headache of processing your reimbursement yourself.
All I need is a picture of your insurance card (front and back) and date of birth in order to verify you OON benefits.
If you have OON benefits, you will receive reimbursements in a few weeks via direct deposit.
Please let me know if you are interested in this option. Learn more at www.thrizer.com.
I offer a number of sliding scale spots based on financial need and availability. If cost is a barrier, please let me know and I am happy to calculate the sliding scale rate you qualify for.
Sliding scale range ($120-$75) the sliding scale price is determined by a ratio of household income and size.
Documentation is required to apply for the sliding scale.
Extenuating circumstances are taken into account if you share them.
You will never receive a surprise bill. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services. This estimate will be provided upon request or during scheduling, as required by federal law.
Fill out the contact form linked below to schedule a consultation call.
We will collaborate to determine therapeutic match and schedule the first session.
